• Return request must be made within 15 days of delivery.
• All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number to be processed.
  Please contact us at 1-800-227-8634 to receive your RA number.
• All returns must be received in new condition.
• Returns will be charged a restocking fee of 20%, and freight charges both ways.
• CANCELLATIONS: YOU MAY CANCEL AN ORDER ANYTIME AS LONG AS IT HAS NOT SHIPPED. (Chill Chambers and Super Cold Beer Merchandisers only)
